Job Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
