NAT-7077 Calcium Sulfonate Complex Greases

Calcium sulfonate complex grease for extreme pressure, water, heat, and chemical attack applications. Inherent EP protection similar to MoS₂, excellent water resistance, and acid neutralisation capability. DN Value up to 200,000. Temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.

Overview

NAT-7077 Grease is a calcium sulfonate complex grease that is highly recommended for difficult applications such as extreme pressure, water, heat, or chemical attack.

The thickener system in NAT-7077 has a protective effect similar to that of molybdenum disulfide, protecting equipment from wear under difficult conditions of extreme load.

NAT-7077 helps neutralise acids and resists reacting with caustic materials. NAT-7077 grease has prevented corrosion despite years of exposure to phosphoric acid.

NAT-7077 grease is suitable for use at a broad range of bearing speeds up to DN Value 200,000. NAT-7077M contains ultra-fine Moly and is designed for slower moving bearings up to 150,000 DN.

Operating temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
