NAT-6011 Food Machine Grease

NSF H-1 registered food grade grease with aluminium complex thickener and polydecene base oil. Highly water-resistant, adhesive, and cohesive with bacterial growth inhibitor. Temperature range: -40°C to 160°C (short-term 180°C). DN Value up to 200,000.

Overview

NAT-6011 FM Grease is a premium quality lubricant which provides excellent protection from wear. It is registered with NSF as an H-1 grease, making it suitable for use in food processing plants where incidental contact with food is possible.

NAT-6011 FM Grease is highly water-resistant, minimising loss of lubricant that sometimes occurs when machines are washed. It contains anti-wear additives to protect metal surfaces from wear under conditions of metal-to-metal contact.

NAT-6011 FM Grease is adhesive (sticks to metal) and cohesive (sticks to itself). As a result, it resists pounding out of bearings and bushings when shock loads are encountered. It contains an NSF-approved preservative that limits the growth of bacteria.

Applications

NAT-6011 FM Grease is very versatile and may be used to lubricate bearings, bushings, slides, rollers, and cam followers. It can also be used as an anti-rust film and as a release agent for gaskets and seals. Available in Grades 1 and 2, it can be applied manually or automatically. NAT-6011 FM Grease is able to withstand the effects of steam as well as harsh temperature extremes.
